Applied Control is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team in Centennial, Colorado. The role focuses on accurate data entry, records management, and customer communications to ensure a smooth, responsive experience for customers.

The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with general administrative support functions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn company systems, CRM tools, order entry platforms, reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, preparing documents and updating records.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, order, and sales activity information in CRM or company systems.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer questions and provide order status updates.
• Prepare and distribute routine sales reports, meeting notes, and other materials.
• Maintain organized records including contracts, pricing documents, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, expense documentation, and other admin needs.
• Support special projects, process improvements, campaigns, events, or customer activities as needed.
• Follow company policies and protect confidential information.
