Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch customer support during sprint periods via phone, email, and chat.
• Process and verify daily orders in the ERP/CRM with accuracy.
• Onboard new retailers and ensure fulfillment readiness with guides.
• Manage SKU creation, UPCs, pricing tiers, and compliance.
• Track order status and communicate delays or updates to customers and managers.
• Support accounts receivable: follow-ups on past-due balances and authorizations.
