Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Director—Personal Insurance Sales for Denver, CO to own a substantial market book and drive growth.

You will lead a team of personal lines professionals, broaden client partnerships, and implement strategic expansion plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and high retention. This role offers strong base plus uncapped earning potential and clear leadership progression.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in insurance.
• 3–7+ years of personal lines sales with high production.
• Proven ability to generate $600,000–$1,200,000 in premium annually.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado insurance regulations and market dynamics.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and multi-million-dollar books.

Responsibilities

• Own full market performance including growth and retention targets.
• Lead and coach a team of growth and success professionals.
• Drive new business production while shaping local expansion strategies.
• Build partnerships and carrier relationships in Colorado.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent with accountability.
