Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Director to drive strategic vision and growth for the Regional Personal Lines department. The role oversees the Department Manager, allocates resources, and partners with senior leadership, carriers and major clients to grow profitability and market share.

The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage innovative technologies to improve service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required and must be maintained.
• Minimum 12 years’ account management experience in Personal Lines.
• Experience with EPIC and AMS360 is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the Personal Lines service team to excellence.
• Strategic planning and growth of the Personal Lines business.
• Develops department strategies to meet client expectations.
• Collaborates with sales, underwriting and other departments.
