Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a Personal Lines Director to drive strategic vision and growth for the Regional Personal Lines department. You will oversee the department manager, allocate resources, foster innovation, and build key stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, carriers, and major clients.

You will mentor teams, align service with company objectives, and champion regulatory compliance while introducing new initiatives to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required and must be maintained.
• 12+ years of account management experience in Personal Lines.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Advanced professional designations desirable (AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU, CEBS, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Personal Lines service team to drive excellence.
• Participate in strategic planning and grow Personal Lines business.
• Develop department strategies to meet client expectations and goals.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and other departments.
• Implement efficient workflows to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality service and strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
