Schomp Automotive Group in Denver, CO is hiring a Full Time Sales Consultant to drive vehicle sales with a salary plus commission structure. You will engage customers, qualify leads, and navigate the purchase process from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow a defined sales process and complete detailed transactions.
• Retail hours including nights, Saturdays, holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Search portfolio and service drive clients for profitable vehicles.
• Follow up on leads from all sources, including Kelly Blue Book and internal marketing.
• Research vehicle histories and Carfax reports.
• Use appraisal tools, such as Vauto, to determine pricing.
• Inspect vehicles to anticipate repair costs and ensure accurate valuation.
• Assist with arranging appointments, transportation or pickup of vehicles.
• Generate paperwork required for vehicle purchases; interact with finance and title teams to complete transactions.
• Maintain logs, calendar, and purchase records for accurate data recording.
• Handle multiple clients per day and stay aware of market trends.
