Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to build lasting relationships with guests during the full sales process. You will learn our One Price, One Person, One Hour approach and help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, presentation skills, and teamwork with the Finance department. A high school diploma and a valid license are required, with training and advancement opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn CRM, Google Suite and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Explain vehicle options and demonstrate features.
• Identify customer needs and fit vehicles to budget.
• Promote vehicle protection plans (GAP, service, dents, windshield).
• Lead the financing process with customers and coordinate with Finance.
• Use CRM to schedule appointments and respond to internet leads.
