Schomp Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Ford Pre-Owned Acquisition Specialist for the Service Drive at our Denver location. This full-time role offers a salary plus commission, with a pay range of $55,000 to $150,000 per year.

You will build rapport with guests, generate profitable vehicle opportunities, and manage the purchasing process from leads to paperwork. The position requires excellent communication, a self-motivated, time-managed individual who can work retail hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be self-motivated with strong time-management.
• Ability to follow a process and complete detailed transactions.

Responsibilities

• Search portfolio and service-drive clients for profitable vehicles based on appointments and opportunities.
• Follow up on leads from all sources, including Kelley Blue Book and internal marketing.
• Research vehicle service histories and Carfax reports.
• Use appraisal tools such as Vauto to determine pricing.
• Inspect vehicles to anticipate repair costs and ensure accurate valuation.
• Arrange appointment scheduling, transportation or pickup of vehicles as needed.
• Generate paperwork for vehicle purchases and coordinate with finance/title teams.
• Maintain logs, calendar and purchase records for data accuracy.
• Handle multiple clients per day and stay aware of market trends.
