The role offers draw + commissions after a 60-day training, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and describe vehicle technology and features.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Use the CRM to manage relationships, appointments and internet leads.
