Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the Denver, CO territory. The role focuses on MedTech sales to surgeons, with emphasis on clinical and economic value for healthcare systems.

The position involves traveling, account planning, and collaboration with OR personnel to ensure proper product utilization and support for surgical cases. A relevant degree and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with professional/related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification plus 5+ years of experience or
• Military transition with 3+ years of experience can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify surgeons and accounts in the Denver territory.
• Achieve sales goals through approved resources and strategy execution.
• Drive product sales and demonstrate proper usage of orthopaedic products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital buyers.
• Support surgeons during cases and provide timely follow-up.
