Qualifications

• Associate degree or Medical Certification plus 5+ years of professional/related experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Planning: identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop account/surgeon plans.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas using approved resources.
• Product Sales: drive product sales for all assigned products within territory; demonstrate proper utilization.
• Customer Relationships: gain access to surgeons and buyers; build effective relationships.
• Case Coverage: maintain surgeon contact; support during surgical cases.
• Customer Care: improve patient care; educate surgeons and OR staff through in-services.
• Inventory Management: maintain equipment and promotional materials; follow company policies.
• Handles and prioritizes competitive threats; promote new products and strategic objectives.
