Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics Sales team in the Denver territory seeks a driven Sales Consultant to grow surgeon partnerships and expand product adoption across138+ accounts. You will convert prospects, plan territory coverage, and coordinate with OR teams to support procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus relevant sales experience.
• Experience in a lab/operating room setting preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel, including weekends/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and plan to identify surgeons and accounts.
• Drive product sales within territory and named accounts.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and buyers.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries.
• Educate teams and promote new products.
• Maintain sales equipment and materials in good condition.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas.
