Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support Denver, CO hospitals and operating rooms with clinical and logistical expertise. You will manage instrument logistics, assist surgeons, and ensure proper equipment is available and functioning.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast-paced OR environment, travel to sites, and collaboration with Sales Consultants to drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with some relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or relevant experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales as the sole Company representative providing direct customer support during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams; prepare sales reports.
