Homebase in Denver is seeking a part-time Workplace Experience Coordinator (20-30 hours per week) to lead on-site operations for our Denver hub, keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly every day.

You will own day-to-day workplace execution, manage meals and supplies, coordinate access and visitor experiences, and partner with leadership to create an office environment that is thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with The Homie Way.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in workplace operations or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in person in the Denver hub.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve daily work.
