Job summary

Homebase is seeking a part-time Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site workplace lead for our Denver hub. This operations-first role focuses on keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly each day.

You will own day-to-day workplace execution, engage with leadership on planning, and ensure a reliable, thoughtful office experience aligned with The Homie Way.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or similar environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound day-to-day decisions independently.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Warm, approachable, in-person presence.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with proactive updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office readiness: organize the office, stock supplies, keep clean and ready for the team.
• Own front-door coverage and office access for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Walk the floor, greet teammates, and resolve day-to-day needs in real time.
• Plan and execute meals and catering using existing systems, considering dietary needs.
• Fully manage supplies, snacks, beverages, swag, wellness items, and other essentials.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management; consolidate updates for leadership review.
• Track budget and manage day-to-day office spend with accurate invoicing and pacing.
• Support in-office engagements and team moments, collaborating with leads.
• Oversee new hire setup and day-one readiness; smooth handoff into office environment.
• Greet candidates onsite, provide a brief office tour, and ensure rooms/tech are ready.
• Build cross-functional relationships with People, IT, Security, Recruiting, Finance, vendors, and other hubs.
• Provide proactive updates to partners to avoid follow-ups.
• Assist with office changes closures and building-related needs in coordination with leadership.
