Job summary

Snell & Wilmer in Denver is seeking an IT Technician to support laptops, desktops, printers, and AV systems. You will work with the Solution Center teams to ensure hardware, software, and network connectivity run smoothly.

The role requires 2–3 years of computer support, knowledge of Windows and Apple iOS, and experience with TCP/IP, VPN, and Active Directory. A+ certification is preferred; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience with computer support
• A+ Certification preferred, but not required
• College degree or technical school certification a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, Windows, and Apple iOS
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN and IP telephony
• Experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, printers, and peripherals
• Must troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity and understand network components
• Excellent customer service and ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computers in a networked environment
• Configure and support hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, VoIP phones, and AV equipment
• Imaging and deployment of computers and printers
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Install and configure software and provide onsite support for multiple IT teams
• Use ticketing system and document processes
