Job summary

Initial.IT, a Denver-based Managed Services Provider, seeks an energetic IT Technician to join our support team. You will engage with customers remotely and on-site, troubleshooting desktop and network issues while building strong client relationships across the Denver Metro area.

You will document procedures, support 1600+ endpoints, and assist Systems Administrators on-site. Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and Windows networking expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; technical certification is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age with valid driver's license.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support over the phone and in person, troubleshooting network and end-user systems.
• Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver IT support to over 1600 endpoints.
• Support Systems Administrators on-site and in the office.
