Job summary

Quanterix is seeking a Field Service Engineer I based in Denver, CO. You will lead onsite installations, training, preventive maintenance, and repairs for Simoa and Spatial Biology instruments.

You will coordinate regional service work, document activities in CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer support. The role requires a technical degree or related experience, 2+ years in field service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, electronics, biotech, or related field.
• 2+ years of field service experience with scientific instruments.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and standard productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installations, system validations, preventive maintenance, and standard repairs for Simoa and Spatial platforms.
• Identify root causes and execute repair actions for routine to moderately complex problems; communicate with customers.
• Train customers on basic operation and maintenance to support long-term system performance.
• Manage regional service workload and schedule preventive maintenance; document work in CRM.
