Job summary

Quanterix is seeking a Senior Field Application Scientist to join a global biomarker platform. The role combines technical training, product demonstrations, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure successful adoption of Simoa technology in customers' research workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong biology background, proven customer-facing expertise, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) to support pre- and post-sales activities across the California/PNW region.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biology/chemistry/biochemistry or life sciences, or a Master's with 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in general biochemistry/molecular biology laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support with regional teams and customers.
• Deliver technical training and post-sales support to users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and customer experience.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
