- Lead overall R&D strategy and portfolio across Simoa and Spatial technologies.
- Own the execution of R&D projects and establish governance, milestones, and dashboards.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across development of Quanterix platform offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to align development with market needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary R&D organization.
