Responsibilities

• Generate sales growth and develop new customer relationships in the multi-family market.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Present flooring products and installation services to meet customer needs.
• Provide pricing, floor plans, and onboarding details for new customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct job site inspections and share insights with the operations team.
• Keep the sales office and sample showroom organized.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
