Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive growth in the multi-family flooring market. This role focuses on prospecting, closing new business, and building long-term client relationships through strategic outreach and top-tier service.

You will manage pricing, develop proposals, and travel within the territory to customer sites while collaborating with the installation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sustain a pipeline of new business through proactive prospecting.
• Demonstrate products and services to existing and new customers and advise on best fit.
• Provide floor plans and pricing for accounts using templates.
• Address customer concerns, complaints and problems promptly.
• Perform random job site inspections and report results.
• Maintain an organized showroom and sales office.
• Inform management about competitive pricing and landscape changes.
• Be coachable and take action to better serve customers and grow the business.
