Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience.
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience in dental/medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred.
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs.
• Massachusetts Dental Assistant certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients, collect co-payments, present treatment plans.
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals and develop reports on production goals.
• Serve as advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care.
