North American Dental Group is seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator/Treatment Plan Coordinator to support patient intake, scheduling, and plan coordination. The role will be cross-trained between front desk duties and treatment plan coordination, with flexible hours as needed.

The position emphasizes accurate financial handling, insurance verification, and patient communication in a fast-paced dental office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office programs; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle financial information, insurance verification, and end-of-day reporting with accuracy.
• Clerical tasks: sorting, opening mail, scanning, photocopying; greet visitors and answer calls; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Explain procedures to patients using dental knowledge.
• Present policies, collect co-pays, and verify insurance coverage.
• Track no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
• Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and scheduling/payment plans.
• Present treatment plans and chair-side planning.
• Maintain friendly, professional, organized demeanor and multitask.
• Conduct treatment plan consultations addressing patient questions and concerns.
