Qualifikationen

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

• Greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans
• Working to ensure schedules meet production goals
• Developing reports on production goals
• Advocating and educating patients in creating treatment plans for dental care
