Qualifications

• Assists patients in prioritizing treatment and scheduling.
• Case presentation and treatment planning with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans.
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals.
• Develop reports on production goals.
• Advocate and educate in creating treatment plans for dental care.
• Conduct treatment plan consultations with patients.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments.
