Job summary

Elite Dental Partners in Peoria, Illinois seeks a dedicated Treatment Plan Coordinator to support patient care and education. You will educate patients on their treatment plans, present options, secure financial consent, and ensure plans are accurately recorded in our system.

You'll manage a productive schedule, coordinate with dental labs to finalize cases before appointments, and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health.
• Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
