Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans with financial options to patients and document final arrangements.
• Secure documentation from patients and store in applicable software.
• Build relationships with patients and support practice growth.
• Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and check reports for accuracy.
• Document billing activity and update patient accounts in internal systems.
• Process and post patient payments and issue invoices/receipts.
