Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their prescribed treatment plans, coordinate care, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing solutions, and affordable payment options while coordinating scheduling and maintaining smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, healthcare, dental, or patient coordination experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental/medical office or customer-focused healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes, including benefit verification, patient financial discussions, and payment options preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment.
• Confidently discuss treatment recommendations and financial options with patients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Conduct patient consultations to review doctor-prescribed treatment plans and ensure patient understanding.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing solutions, and affordable payment options.
• Build strong patient relationships and resolve barriers to treatment completion.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow within the office.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage and educate patients on benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Collect, post, and process patient payments, including credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in the practice management system.
