North American Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to greet, schedule, and guide patients through treatment plans while supporting production goals.

You will present treatment plans, collect co-payments, and help maintain full appointment schedules in a patient-first environment. The role offers collaborative teamwork and ongoing training opportunities within our growing practice network.

Formación

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional customer service and organizational skills
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

Responsabilidades

• Greet and schedule patients, collect co-payments, present treatment plans
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals
• Develop reports on production goals
• Advocate and educate patients in creating treatment plans for dental care
