Job summary

Elite Dental Partners seeks a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans, present options, and secure financial consent. You will ensure plan accuracy and manage scheduling while coordinating with labs to prepare cases before patient appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business or healthcare education preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plan and its importance.
• Present treatment plan options and obtain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and book future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion before patient visits.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
