Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using the G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude).

You will help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment, and you will assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. Schedule is MON-FRI with a typical compensation of $22-$24/hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a warm welcome and creating a positive first impression.
• Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and explain payment options.
• Express appreciation to patients and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
