You will help patients understand treatment, navigate insurance benefits, coordinate appointments, and support office operations at our Greensboro Westridge location.

Daily tasks include greeting patients, scheduling, updating records, presenting treatment plans, and enforcing financial policies with a professional team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
• Assist in verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, and handle payments per policy.
