Job summary

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our Raleigh team. You will act as a key liaison for patients, explain treatment options, navigate insurance benefits, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth patient care.

In this role you will verify insurance, schedule and confirm visits, support doctors and hygienists, and help achieve excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a dental front office, treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, or similar dental administrative role.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Denticon is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
• Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
• Verify and update insurance information and eligibility; maintain accurate records.
• Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately and courteously.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic patient records and a clean reception area.
