Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will help patients understand treatment options, navigate insurance, coordinate appointments, and support their oral health goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in a dental front office or coordination function, with strong communication and computer skills. Join a patient-centered practice with a collaborative team and growth opportunities.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with patient records and billing.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for patients, delivering a welcoming experience.
• Manage multi-line phone system and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Maintain productive schedules for doctors and hygienists.
• Update patient and insurance information in Denticon accurately.
• Check in/out patients with professionalism and care.
• Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and maintain records.
• Process payments and enforce financial policies politely.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic patient records.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Perform additional duties to support office operations.
