Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
• Explain treatment plans and educate patients on options and benefits.
• Coordinate scheduling and payment planning with patients.
• Bill dental insurance, post payments, and estimate claims.
• Explain and enroll patients in financing options.
• Maintain accounts receivable and assist collections as needed.
