Commonwealth Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans, coordinate insurance and financing, and secure plan acceptance. The role also greets patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, and supports front-office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have dental front-office experience, knowledge of dental insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office Dental experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans to patients and educate them on options.
• Greet and check patients in and out; answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Bill dental insurance, post payments, and estimate claims.
• Coordinate payments and financing options for patients.
