• Comfortable using Dentrix (or willing to learn quickly!).
• A passion for patient education and helping people move forward with needed care.

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients and walk them through treatment plans.
• Verify insurance benefits and calculate patient portions.
• Enter billing, payments, and treatment details into Dentrix.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Help patients set up payment plans or third-party financing.
• Follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely processing.
• Be a friendly, confidential, and professional team member.
