Commonwealth Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to advocate and educate patients through treatment planning and financial coordination. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and support billing and insurance tasks to ensure smooth care delivery.

The role requires front office dental experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to explain treatment plans and insurance benefits. A patient‑focused, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office Dental experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
• Answer incoming calls: new patient inquiries, emergencies, scheduling, record requests.
• Explain treatment plans and assist patients in prioritizing care and payments.
• Conduct financial consultations and educate patients on payment options and insurance benefits.
• Bill dental insurance, post payments, and track accounts receivable.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain accurate patient records across locations.
• Educate patients on benefits and coordinate external financing when needed.
• Support collections on outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
