Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience required (Front Desk and/or Treatment Coordinator experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, insurance, and financial arrangements
• Experience with dental software and insurance verification processes
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to outstanding patient care

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Welcome and check in/check out patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Answer a multi-line phone system and assist with appointment scheduling
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Manage appointment confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Update patient information, insurance details, and medical histories
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Collect patient payments and assist with financial transactions
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Coordinate referrals, records requests, and office correspondence
• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures, timelines, and costs
• Treatment Coordination: Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and payment options
• Treatment Coordination: Coordinate surgical procedures and follow-up appointments
• Treatment Coordination: Communicate with referring dental offices to ensure seamless patient care
• Treatment Coordination: Support treatment acceptance through excellent patient communication
