Job summary

Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our Joliet team. You will be the main point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, records, and insurance coordination to ensure a seamless care experience.

Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, verifying benefits, coordinating procedures, and maintaining excellent patient communication.

Qualifications

Previous dental office experience required (Front Desk and/or Treatment Coordinator experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with a friendly, professional attitude.
Schedule appointments and manage confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.
Update patient records, insurance details, and medical histories accurately.
Collect payments and support financial transactions with patients.
Coordinate referrals and maintain smooth correspondence with providers.
Assist with explaining treatment plans, timelines, and costs to patients.
