Community Dental Partners in Castroville, CA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. You will work closely with the dentist, explain treatment options, and support front-office tasks while delivering great patient service.

Part-time, non-exempt position with hourly compensation of $18/hour based on experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and accuracy in insurance coordination and consent forms.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comprehend all day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Conduct clinical conversations about excessive treatment.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options with patient/parents.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims and coding.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and PA submissions.
• Support Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area/lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
