Community Dental Partners seeks a Treatment Coordinator to join our office and support patients through the dental care journey. You will work closely with the dentist, assist patients in understanding required treatments, and present options not typically offered in every practice.

The role emphasizes strong communication, insurance navigation, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Based in Nacogdoches, TX, with full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Discuss treatment options with patients and explain insurance benefits.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval.
• Explain out-of-pocket costs and financing options.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims and coding processes.
• Support Greeter and Insurance Specialist; maintain front office areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
