Qualifications

• Two years experience in dental treatment coordination required.
• Knowledge of CPT codes mandatory.
• Experience with dental management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with compassion and professionalism.
• Partner with dentist to present treatment plans and educate patients on benefits, insurance, and financial options.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage submission of claims, pre-estimates and referrals.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments.
• Handle incoming phone calls and coordinate with the dental team for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records compliant with HIPAA.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies.
