Community Dental Partners in Carrollton seeks a Treatment Coordinator to support the dentist and front-office team. You will help patients understand their dental care options and coordinate treatment plans in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include discussing insurance; preparing consent forms; collecting payments; and assisting with claims, pre-authorizations, and intraoral photos. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Have clinical conversations with patients about excessive treatment.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment begins.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket expenses and financing options after the exam.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims and coding.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, PA, and intraoral pictures.
• Provide support to Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Clean/maintain front office area/lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned
