Community Dental Partners in Texas is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients and the dental team. You will work closely with the dentist to help patients understand needed care and explore treatment options not commonly offered, in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coordinating with billing, clinical, and operations, managing consent forms, insurance explanations, and front-office duties.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Discuss treatment options with patients.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options.
• Collect fees per insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims, codes, and documentation.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, PA requests, and intraoral pictures.
• Support Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Keep front office area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
