Community Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to work closely with the dentist and front-office staff in our Lockhart, TX location. Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff and support the office operations.
• Engage in clinical conversations with patients about treatment options.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment begins.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket expenses, and financing options to patients/parents after the exam.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist the office manager with sending claims and codes.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, PA requests, and intraoral photos.
• Provide support to Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
