Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Cary, NC seeks an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to enhance the patient experience by explaining treatments, assisting with insurance navigation, coordinating appointments and supporting oral health goals.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and a professional demeanor. You will manage schedules, verify coverage, handle payments and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in a team environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of dental front office experience.
• Oral Surgery and/or Orthodontics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Keep doctors' schedules productive and filled.
• Update patient personal and insurance information in Denticon/Dolphin.
• Check in/check out patients with professionalism and care.
• Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility; maintain records.
• Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic patient records.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized and welcoming.
• Perform additional duties to support office operations.
