Community Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Coordinator with 2-5 years of dental experience to join our San Antonio team. You will work closely with the dentist to guide patients through treatment options and financial planning, ensuring excellent patient care.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• Front office/clinical coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to explain dental care options to patients.
• Strong communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Discuss treatment options with patients and parents.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain approvals prior to treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs to patients/parents.
• Collect patient payments per insurance/visit.
• Assist office manager with claims, codes, and pre-authorizations.
• Maintain front office area and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
