Responsibilities

• Understand and manage day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Engage with patients in clinical conversations about treatment options.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options.
• Collect patient fees per insurance or visit.
• Support office manager with claims, codes, pre-authorizations, and PA narratives.
• Assist with intraoral photography and PA submissions.
• Provide support to Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
